Nancy was great, very knowledgeable and took time to listen to my medical history. Also very knowledgeable on women's health and menopause

Not sure whether she had my previous medical records. I brought in my latest blood lab results for her review with me, which she accessed repeatedly in our discussions.

Nancy is very thorough but might be too much for some patients.

Minor issue, not sure all my past records were readily available for Dr. Wong. Nothing impacted my appt, I was able to answer questions to fill in the blanks. I call this out because I work with elders and folks with diminished capacity. Not everyone Is as proficient in responding to missing info, or have adequate recall to ensure doc is well informed.

So far out of optum, Nancy's been the only blessing. The nurses are super nice. Everyone in there tries to be extremely helpful and kind. But so far as far as medical care, nancy's been top notch for me..
