The resception clerk helped me get on my chart. I was so grateful.

Provider bedside manner was poor. This has been my provider for awhile and she seemed disengaged or disinterested. I didnt feel like the provider took the time to talk to me about about my care and make me feel heard and seen. The whole visit felt rushed.
