Not a lot has been described to me about the nature of my injury, pretty much have only been told what possibly my diagnosis is and that I need to see a physical therapist. I've expressed the difficulty this injury is causing me in my everyday life and the response has basically been every time rest and ice, which is rather frustrating when just laying down or sitting down is difficult for me, but also the only thing I can do. I haven't really felt like this is something that is taken very seriously by the people I've seen thus far, and that doesn't feel too good when I don't know where else to turn for medical help.
