I've seen Michelle annually for several years. I do feel she's a good provider. This recent visit felt rushed, not quite as though. Last year, 3 areas of the skin (face, chest and leg) had things burned off. I fully expected those areas would specifically be looked at to verify nothing returned. There was no confirmation or mention of rechecking checking those specific areas. There was a comment that my skin liked to grow basil cellsDuring recent visit I mentioned to MA prior to Michelle coming in I had a bump near my left ear that seemed like a hard pimple that isn't going away. I mentioned I'd had it 3 weeks or more. Prior to Michelle leaving room/finished with appointment she did ask if I had any concerns? (I assumed MA had noted my concern, but It wasn't brought up prior to Michelle finishing appointment) I mentioned the spot to her, she looked and said keep an eye on it and see if it behaves, she said could biopsy it if it doesn't. Michelle asked If I come every 6 months? I said Ive been coming annually, she said ok. (I would have thought she'd know that from my chart reviewing prior visits/history. Again, I really like Michelle as a provider and will continue to see her but this appointment just felt a little off from past appointments.
