Honestly this was the most I've ever felt cared for and listened to at a gynecological visit.

She thought I still had an IUD in that was removed by the same office. She did say the documentation was was very vague

I was concerned there was another person in the room for the virtual - I was expecting privacy. Confusion about dosage was sorted. I was offered a prescription but I need to research. I think getting the whole picture before prescribing the drug would be best - i.e. Prior & current levels, also labs for progesterone. Which was unknown at the time. I like to research all options before I make a decision.

I sent a message to the Dr about what my concerns were. The nurse scheduled an appointment the next day. The Dr never brought up what I initially contacted them for to be seen. It wasn't till after I left that I realized this issue I was concerned with was never brought up.

Excellent clinician. She listened carefully and was very engaged when I was discussing my current health issues.

Really appalling. Dr Billish seeemd frustrated with me that I didn't want an IUD for several reasons and the conversation went downhill from there. At one point I literally had to interrupt Dr Billish and say, let's take a break here, I feel like you're being really combative with me and then she got defensive and claimed the reason was because we were rushed for time bc it was an annual exam. The exam itself probably took a total of 10 min and the rest of the appt was spent with a really awful conversation about options for HRT. I left feeling like I don't have any options and I just accepted the Rx that Dr Billish wrote for me so I could get out of there without crying.

I absolutely love my doctor. She was incredibly supportive, kind and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to minimize my anxiety and pain. My pain during my procedure was so minimal. I was pleasantly surprised when she said that we were done.

This is the first time I met Dr. Billish but she was wonderful and put me at ease. She thoroughly addressed my concerns and gave me options for next steps. I would certainly see her again.

Clinician was not mindful of her verbiage and not enforcing trauma informed care. Clinician did not answer all questions adequately and did not follow through on discussed plan.

Clinician ordered blood work and then sent a MyChart message prescribing me a new medication-that I have actually been on for nearly 20 years. I had to go pick up a prescription, call into the office to ask if it was a mistake or if I'm supposed to add this dosage to the one I'm already on, and eventually my Dr got back to me and said I can just take more pills in my current dose. This was frustrating and I felt like no one had even read my charts.

She was more interested in telling me her answer to what she perceived was the problem than listening to me, even before any exam.

Michelle was wonderful: she listened and was very attentive, professional, thorough and informed about women's health which I truly appreciated. I never felt that she was rushing to the next appointment. I highly recommend her.

I know they're busy and she probably doesn't remember us from visit to visit but she acts like she does which is nice.
