I wasn't entirely sure of what to expect in my visit, only that I was referred due to my condition. But Dr. Peterson very clearly and thoroughly explained the benefit of physical therapy for my specific situation and what we would be discussing, then working on during my visit. She was really thoughtful about asking me how I felt about all the treatments/exercises she recommended and responded with empathy regardless of my responses.

Melissa was informed, had read my chart and questionnaire. She explained everything thoroughly and demonstrated before with models describing anatomy and muscle groups. It was incredibly helpful.
