Did not help me in any way I was anticipating and was scolding me for miss interpreting the questionair prior to my appointment stating based off my answers that i didnt have ADHD

I did feel included about the decisions of my care. She was very understanding and I appreciated her taking the time to get to know my history with sinus infections and what medication has worked and what hasn't and recommendation for future treatment. Sh was very caring.

The physician talked down to me as if I was a child, dismissed my mental illness and told me everyone struggles as if what I was going through was nothing. I felt gaslighted and completely understand why people don't go to the doctors.

I think the ARNP Melinda Church was very informative and gave details and options what I could do in the future because I'd like to stop one of my medication so she gave me good advice how to appropriately do that.

As an optum employee, I am ashamed that this is the quality of service we're offering. I understand the limitations imposed by the virtual visit however the service provided by this provider left so much to be desired. I found her entire demeanor to be terribly patronizing and demeaning. I feel that because I am much younger than her she felt comfortable speaking down to me, even after I explained to her that I am a physician myself. If I had the gall to speak to patients the way she spoke to me, I would get nothing but horrendous reviews. Now I understand that people have off days and I understand that there are extenuating circumstances, but if this is how she behaves on a regular basis with patients, we are actively harming ourself as an organization by continuing to employ her. And this doesn't include her incorrect medical knowledge as well.

One would think I would be assigned a new primary care physician but that's not the case. Dumb and sloppy but hey, it's money first right?
