Sometimes I feel I need to press an issue, but overall, Dr. Hsu is knowledgeable and I trust her work. I would definitely see her again.

Dr. Liu, primary, excellent as usual. Dr. Hsu, opthomology, and Emily Rader, nurse practioner were brilliant. As were techs and nurses. I cannot praise them enough for all they did. Absolutely recommend them!

Excellent bed side manner, easy to understand, took cost of new prescription into account.

I really like Dr Hsu, but no one explained to me the diagnosis or ways to treat it other than using the ointment prescribed. Details were in the after visit summary but it would have been nice for someone to have taken a few minutes to explain to me what was going on, the Blepharitis diagnosis.

Dr. Hsu had my medical history and all tests results available. She took the time to carefully explain my diagnosis and carefully explained my treatment options. After the appointment I was sent to the scheduler to schedule the cataract surgeries for both eyes.

This was a follow up check up for my ongoing glaucoma issues, to check that the eye drops were working and monitor eye condition.
