I had met with Dr. Lee before. He was as kind and helpful as before.

Clinic doesn't have advanced technology to see microscopic images of the retina. Dr could only see what was visible with basic equipment. My previous clinic had identified microscopic retinal tears that had healed, but meant I was at risk of a larger tear. This clinic cannot identify that in patients like me. I am probably not a good match for this clinic, and should see a different practice

Clinician seemed in a hurry. Did OK fielding most of my questions but made me feel that I had overstepped my allotment of questions. Accuse me of being difficult saying the exam needed to move along. His impatience and demeanor made me feel very unhappy as I walked out. It was unfortunate because my prior past experience with him was pleasant. I am not sure that I will would schedule with him again in the future.

Dr Lee had noticed a problem in my right eye and promptly scheduled me for a follow up with a specialist.

Blaming patient for not being able to evaluate patient's vision is not good customer service. It is not MY fault if I do not see which lense is better for me, especially if the vision through any of them is blurred. After the exam, I am concerned about my vision and the doctor's assurance e that everything is good was not reassuring at all. I need a second opinion!

I like that Dr. Lee continues to be available at Optum. Nice to have continuity instead of changing doctors so much.

More information about next steps to deal with the problem discovered during the visit would have been helpful. The visit seems to have been truncated due to my insurance coverage, the limits of which should have been explored by the office staff in the lobby prior to the first clinical visit.
