A few weeks prior to my visit, my 20 mg twice a day Omeprazole need to be renewed. The Costco pharmacy couldn't get a hold of Optum for a week. I then sent in a request for a refill through mychart. My refill was refilled right away, but for 40 mg twice a day, not 20 mg twice a day. I was taking double the dose for a whole week. I then got a notice for my pharmacy that a new script was ready. This time it was for the proper amount. The Costco pharmacy and my husband and I were VERY concerned that Optum never notified us of the major screw up. When I brought it up to Mary, she knew nothing about it and didn't seem to care.

I really appreciated how well Mary listened to my concerns and answered my questions. She is very personable and makes her patients feel heard and valued. When I had my first visit in the office, the staff in that department were also extremely professional and Compassionate.
