Last year I loved Dr.Balboa, this year I felt like she was overwhelmed and didn't feel like doctoring during my appointment. All of her answers were I don't have time to do that or that lab won't tell us anything. She didn't know where I had my previous mammogram even though she had to send a referral last year and I had to repeat testing due to concerns. I really urned off based off of her lack of knowledge and concern.

Doctor was in a rush and didn't seem to care about my sickness. She was very open about being upset that I did not show up 15 minutes before my appointment and put her behind.

I chose a career in medicine after watching how my mother worried about her ill father who was halfway around the world, always wanting to know what the doctor's plan was. My mission trips in medical school then solidified my desire to specialize in family medicine. I enjoy working with all populations from pediatrics to geriatrics. I strive to be a physician that patients are comfortable coming to when they have a concern, need a thorough annual exam, and seek further assistance with managing chronic diseases.Philosophy of care
