From the first visit to the last, Margaret explained things in such a way that I stopped panicking about my insomnia. Her recommendations for sleep strategies were well-explained and easy to follow. I began to see improvements in my sleep patterns immediately. She also reminded me that sometimes people can relapse into old habits, but that now I have the tools to correct that relapse. All in all, it has been a life-changing therapy!
