Dr. Gupta had prepared for our visit by reviewing my medical records and formulating next steps. He made recommendations then listened to my questions or suggestions regarding best treatment plan for my condition. We worked together to develop a plan of action acceptable to the both of us regarding my condition.

Dr. Gupta is kind and empathetic but not in a patronizing way. He remembers me. It feels like he has taken the time to look at my chart before he comes into the examining room. He always listens to my concerns, no matter how trivial, and he doesn't make me feel foolish for raising them. He's just a very nice, caring person.

Givin ondansatron without knowledge as I cannot take that anymore and told PCP office prior I now get chest pain with it to get that removed I dont take anymore due to that.. Seems like there would be an allergy/sensitivity put in there as with other drugs...common sense.Now I got prescribed it again.

Oh also I was told I would have a $300 bill from Dr. Gupta because apparently they had no insurance on file even though I've been with this clinic for over 10 years
