The biggest challenge is that it's been very difficult, stressful, and costly for me to fill three separate prescription (in various dosages & forms) to treat my ADHD because there's constantly drug shortages for the generic which already have to be filled on three separate days. Rather than wait (because I'm not given an alternative or backup), I pay out of pocket ($250-10mg; $460-20mg). The pharmacy suggested that Lisa get a prior authorization for the brand name, when necessary...but she's hesitant to do that and hasn't yet.

Lisa Benjamin is extremely thorough and responsive. She guided me through finding a more sustainable medication for my sleeping issues, that lowers my risk of long term side effects, while being mindful of the need for quality sleep and anxieties around the changes. I can tell she reviews my chart information and references the changes I have made over time. She and her support team are very organized, for example scheduling my appointments out for the year and also updating this schedule as needed.

Lisa figured out the most likely reason I am suffering from extreme fatigue. It is probably the new antidepressant. She switched out my meds, discussed the side effects, gave me the proper diet when on the GLP-1. She was attentive and full of information for me.
