I have been seeing Dr. Paras for many years-- she is an excellent doctor. I try to get an early morning appt because I know how behind she can get, which is not her fault-- sometimes, patients take a little longer and because she so thorough I think it's hard. I wish that Optum didn't try to push so many patients on a doctor per day.

Appreciated her bringing in another person to help with computer/tech to locate additional info I had submitted so that the info was available to us for discussion.

Dr. Paras is the best! She always listens and explains things well. She saved my husband's life 15 years ago and we trust her completely. Unfortunately Optum Care took over the office.

Dr. Paras show compassion and concern throughout my whole visit. Make sure all my questions were answered and that I understood anything that she shared with me. She also took the time to address certain problems I had with medications and family history connections.

I was inspired to be a health care provider by my mom, who is a retired registered nurse. She gave me my first taste of health care as a child, when she would take me to work with her. I chose family medicine because I liked the ability to take care of many different people with a wide range of health care needs. I especially enjoy working with patients to address preventive medicine and mental health needs.Philosophy of care
