Dr. Laurie Belknap D.O. Agreed to my request for a different test for GFR( Cystatin C)since my GFR has improved significantly, [omitted] Compared to [omitted]. I appreciate that she Is open to my Ideas regarding the cause of anemia Dx, despite the fact that I responded rapidly to Iron supplement.

She had medical records available that she would not read about my 50-year use of NP Thyroid. She cut my prescription level as a result of not being familiar with the difference between blood tests and synthetic thyroid and NP.

Seemed unsure of the treatment I thought I needed. Provided a referral to a walk in clinic that wasn't open until 1PM and could not help me.

Dr. Belknap was able to clarify several medical surprises that were revealed during hospitalization and rehab. Extremely helpful problem solving issued & information about upcoming procedure.

I was misdiagnosed with arthritis, which caused me great concern for some time. I was glad that the X-rays came back clear, no arthritis or any damage, but I was angry at the misdiagnosis.

Laurie Belknap diagnosed me with an anaphylactic allergy and refused to prescribe epi pen or offer alternative treatment. Laurie used Dax software under the premise of it being solely voice recording following denied consent to AI usage in documentation of my medical/ appointment information. This is against policies of informed consent and medical code of ethics and I would like to file a formal grievance and be discharged from Optum services. I had a very pleasant and professional visit with Dr. Belknap, she addressed all my healthcare concerns with expertise and empathy.

I think Laurie Belknap D.O. Was well prepared for this appointment. She was very aware of recent lab results. I would say Dr. Belknap Is concerned that I am at risk for colon cancer.
