She wasn't able to view my records before our visit so a lot of time was wasted trying to find preventive care services with other Optum doctors. I was there for my physical and I didn't get a breast exam which I usually get when I go for my annual physicals. I asked my colleagues in healthcare and they all confirm that I should've received a breast exam during my physical. I was in my gown with no bra on.

I have been trying to resolve ongoing persistent vertigo since last October, Dr. Agarwal may have cracked the case, she set me up with PT in a timely manner. I am so grateful and hopeful.

This was a new provider and I did not feel as if she read my chart in advance. I have been at the Polyclinic for more than 20 years seeing my PCP. I am far less confident in my care than I have been in the past.
