I was medically gaslighted, Ign , past aside, judged by my medical knowledge from a Dr who only saw me once through my phone & wrote in my records absurd untruths. I asked for him so do an addendum or Id speak to the director! I'm very disappointed of lack of unprofessionalism & gaslighted!

He said he had records from rheumatologist and I believe many test results are there from yrs back to current to refer to and other providers notes..I had to point out that an xray done by rheumatologist noted a moderate something or other of the aorta and asked that this be evaluated; at first he said pt has no symptoms basically; felt like It was going to be excused and overlooked; next day there was an order for a test of the aorta @Radia to take place on [omitted]

Recommending the Clinician to others is dependent on the ability of Optum to get their act together. Optum has not yet demonstrated the ability to support their doctors.

Doc was great. My first visit with him. Transfer of care visit. Great bedside manner as they say.

I had a fasting blood draw done at Labcorp (due to availability of Saturday hours) with orders from Dr. Ho, but he had not recieved the report. I messaged him on MyChart after the appointment and attached the scan of the Labcorp report. He has since responded via MyChart.

Dr Ho is great. Direct but discussed options for my issue in a caring manner. The test results unfortunately were not in the system during my visit, but Dr. Ho called as soon as they were available to discuss the results.
