Dr Lai needs to listen more to patients concerns. He seems to only want to discuss items he is concerned about.

Dr.Lai always includes me in any decisions about my health and treatments. Dr. Lai is very thorough in his exams and ordering lab work, easy to talk to and explains things in layman's terms. An AAA*+++ doctor. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Lai seemed a bit dismissive about my concerns and went with some fairly generic recommendations. I do not feel like he really wanted to do anything about my concern.

Dr. Lai spent minimal amount of time with no real attempt to discuss treatment options, aside from repeating what he's said the last 5 times I've seen him. He even started to smirk when presenting the possibility of life-long medication. I found this quite unprofessional.

Because I told him that I felt like I was going to faint, he decided I was dehydrated and told me to go to the ER. I said that I did not need to go to the ER. I had to go to urgent care even though I didn't need to. All I needed was a prescription!

Dr. Lai can be a little difficult to understand. He speaks rather quickly and blends his words together. I frequently have to ask him to repeat himself.

I felt that the doctor was rushed and didn't want to really know what is happening with me, so that he could go on to the next thing.

Dr. Lai's desire to create a healthier and better community inspired him to become a health care provider. He is a Seattle native and likes staying active by hiking and exercising on a regular basis.
