Clinician took time to review my records in advance. I was very grateful for this.
-
I've already recommended Kim to my closest friend. She's been consistently great to work with! So happy I was connected with her.
-
Kimberly Maris was an excellent, caring, compassionate caregiver during a very invasive and painful procedure. I appreciated her honesty, care, and gentleness, as well as her attention to my privacy.
-
Would recommend this clinician 100%. She was fantastic!
-
I spend so much time editing my meds and medical history in the check in paperwork and it never flows over and we spend my short appt time going over it all again. Side effects are now always discussed or not discussed thoroughly. Very little details are given usually.
-
Kim is amazing, kind and caring! She is the only reason I drive to Madison.
-
Doctor went above & beyond with me spending time answering all of my questions. She was extremely sensitive to my situation and I was so appreciative.
-
She is so thorough and clear with explanations.
-
I felt like I was in good hands, both in the dr's care and nursing staff.
-
I would recommend Kim Maris without hesitation. She is very smart and kind.
-
Good clinician but clearly rushed and felt it was best to just listen. I was told that it was a 30 min call only. And then the visit was over. So she was rushed to get info out and my questions and sharing background were prob not appreciated. I am scheduling another visit with a different healthcare network where I can have a longer conversation around the issues and options to make sure I clearly understand.

I left feeling like I knew more than when I arrived
-
PA Maris an intelligent, compassionate and respected practitioner in her field, I would recommend her to family and friends.
-
Overall disappointed with the lack of bedside manner and persistent push for birth control and lack of communication about other possible issues/diagnosis.
-
This was my first visit with a P.A. I had wanted to see an OB/GYN. But the P.A. Seemed to be very familiar with my condition and how to treat it. She was warm and helpful as well as knowledgeable. Zero complaints.
-
I was w kaiser before, I am not csure if clinician hadcall data.
-
Kim Maris was professional, thorough, and reassuring.

This provider did not appear to listen to or care about my concerns about hot flashes, an issue that is affecting my quality of life and my ability to work in-person. She suggested that gabapentin could help with hot flashes. I told her that I was already taking the maximum dose of gabapentin, and was still having hot flashes. She did the verbal equivalence of a shrug when I told her that and just stopped talking about the subject. She also appeared to be skimming my chart and not relaying all information accurately. She told me I was diabetic, even though my endocrinologist hasn't diagnosed me with diabetes yet. She also told me that an order for an MRI from my endocrinologist had expired. When I called Diagnostic Imaging, they told me that the order had NOT expired, and kindly scheduled the MRI for me. And these are just the inaccuracies that I'm aware of. I don't know what other inaccurate information she might have relayed to me during the appointment.I do not trust this provider to listen to my concerns and take them seriously, and I do not trust her to provide me with accurate information. I will not see this provider again, and if I have to leave Optum to avoid her, I will.
-
I was amazed how much information she had.
