Was attentive to my correction on iron. Total vitamin D I take is. 2 of the 5000 u gelcaps daily. Glad to avoid antibiotic. To collect urine specimen was given a cup. Had done this periodically over the last couple years. I still managed to miss while collecting.

My first visit with this physician. I believe he is my 5th clinician here over the last 5-6 years as my previous providerswere no longer available. I believe this degree of provider turnover is disturbing. I did sense the Dr. E. Seemed kind.
