I would recommend my clinician pre-optum buyout. His quality of care is the only reason I continue coming otherwise I would prefer not to engage with United Healthcare and it's subsidiaries.

I do not make recommendations rations, even though he is a great dr I could not recommend Optum except maybe to Trump or Putin.

Dr. Hatfield took the time to work through various issues (admittedly some of them related to the technical limitations/requirements of Optum's charting software, e.g., after years of using a Dexcom G5, the software didn't even give him an option to renew that prescription---even though my pharmacy (ExpressScripts) indicates that the G5 is still available.) We had to update to a G7, a newer version that will come at a higher cost to me.)

Dr Kevin Hatfield is a great doctor. He's like a family to us. Medications given are really great. Even recommended specialist/doctor for certain health problems. Until the end he will be JULIAs PCP.
