I earned my Bachelor's in Psychology from San Francisco State University in 2003. I've worked in Los Angeles, Albuquerque, Tacoma, and Seattle, helping clients in crisis. In 2015, I got my Master's in Clinical Social Work. I now focus on providing therapy for adults. My approach is varied and tailored to each client. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, and Mindfulness.
