I was very pleased with my initial visit and feel very comfortable and excited about developing a relationship with a medical professional that listens and has a great bedside manner.

Karine takes her time and helps to figure out what is going on with your health. She is very thorough and listens. Often I can't get into see my PCP when I need it so being able to see Karine is the best. She is friendly and she cares about people.

I really like Karine. She was real and explained things clearly and listened to my concerns. She came up with new approaches to issues I've had for years.

I did feel rushed during the appointment and did not have time to address all questions or concerns. Also my initial appointment was canceled one hour before by the provider and had to be rescheduled which was a frustrating situation.

I recently learned that this appointment was billed as both an office visit and an annual physical. I did not know that bringing up concerns would result in an extra billing. I thought talking about concerns was expected/welcomed at a physical. Very disappointed.
