The best experience with an OB-GYN I have ever had.

She was a great listener and more than compassionate to my situation. Explained my options well and kept me in check with my unrealistic optimism in a great way. I never felt rushed and she was efficient and smart. I definitely felt like I was in the best place I could be. I cannot imagine a better experience for that kind of thing.

I'm happy you ask this question because the last few surveys was just about the Everett Clinic/Optum in general. And that's Hard to answer. But my visit with Karen Landon was really really well. I have zero complaints and I felt like she listened well and her assistant was also amazing.
