She had a Pre conceived idea as to what my needs were. My Dr had suddenly left the clinic and we had arrangements for a treatment plan.

Everything was actually great, but she did use offensive profanity which I found to be very unprofessional, particularly considering I was a new patient and had no information about my background.

I've been searching for a good doctor for ages, and I finally found the one. Now, I just hope she sticks around at the medical center. Dr. Kara actually took the time to read my medical history, asked thoughtful questions, and explained everything-why certain things were being done and what they meant. I really hope this new company treats her well and pays her enough so she stays. If another place tries to recruit her, I hope she lets me know so I can follow her! She's not just good-she's excellent.

Kara, the PA was thorough in the exam. Went over all. Printed out exercises and information concerning my visit. She gave options concerning the shot I was overdo for and was very efficient. She also helped me with an existing appointment adjustment. (Found that I was scheduled for upcoming appointment when I would be out of town). She took the time to pull up the schedule and fit me in for when I'd be in town)

My primary was Sydni Wright,, but was unable to get into her, so I made an appointment with Zada. I was very pleased with her care. She was processional but yet personable, thorough in her explanations of test results, and was clear in her instructions. If the circumstances dictated I would definitely schedule with Kara Zada again.

PA Kara is excellent! I appreciated her thoroughness in explaining what could be going on with my concerns. She made suggestions about what can be done and recommended next steps. After my previous clinician's none response to my request for additional information about my test results, I was disappointed and anxious about how to move forward. Kara was amazing and explained the test results and what I need to do next.

Kara is a superb PA. She is very attentive, listens, thinks, and then discusses her options while waiting for a decision from the patient. She is very considerate about what the needs are, what type of medications are needed, and proficient at her job.
