Dr. Lee, though young, was very knowledgeable about my conditions. I am considering having him as my PCP!

The doctor listened well, did a physical examination, provided alternatives for my Payne. Very helpful. Excellent service.

Dr Lee did not read my chart and did not listen to any of my answers to his verbal questions because he went ahead and asked the same questions again four minutes later. This is the second time I have seen him and both times he was more interested in typing out things on his computer than actually looking me in the eye and talking about my condition. I also suspect he went on the Internet to look up some information. I told him more about my condition than he told me. At one point he said, and so you came in because you have high fever. Never at any point did I ever say I had a fever.

I was surprised that my complete medical history apparently wasn't available to the clinician, despite the fact I've been a patient with this clinic for many years (well before Optum took it over).

I felt we moved too quickly, was too quick to offer medication as a fix for something. I think asking more questions vs jumping to conclusions or too quick to solution would be better.

All of my records are available on this portal and since this was my first visit with him I thought he did well but the situation is on going, there still isn't a decision on what is wrong or what caused the problem.

I didn't always understand what the doctor was telling me or exactly what was happening. He told me I needed to go to the ER, but I didn't really get much explanation or any idea of how worried I should be about it.

I felt that Doctor Lee wasn't very thorough in this physical at all. It lasted at best 10 minutes. Didn't do a lot of the regular tests that are typically included in a physical.
