I am a new patient so things need to be transferred but it helped that I had already knew my medical history, my dates of surgeries, medications I use, my known allergies, and the plan I wanted to proceed on WITH their help. It helped to already have an established routine.
-
She was really nice. Having anxiety makes seeking care a very uncomfortable experience but this provider made me feel comfortable and she felt safe.
-
Julie was kind, very thorough and helpful. She answered all my questions and even offered to do an annual visit even though I was only scheduled to establish care.
-
Julie was amazing and gave me hope in the Future of Optum. She was understanding, actively listening, and offered great suggestions. And very helpful and skilled as a healthcare provider.

About Julie Golbek, ARNP
I have always had a passion for helping people and wanting to make people feel better. I enjoy working with a variety of patients in both primary care and urgent care settings with an emphasis on preventive care, women's health and mental health care. I have seven years of experience as an ICU nurse. It was during this time that I truly realized how important preventive care is. I knew that I wanted to do more to help patients achieve their best health.Philosophy of care
I enjoy being able to form relationships with my patients that will help to educate and guide them as they navigate the health care system. I feel that treating the entire person, both physical health and mental health, is essential in providing excellent care.Gender
