Dr. Marquez is terrific. I've been seeing him for 12 years and I always feel like he listens well, tells me what I need to know to make a good decision, and does not push unnecessary procedures. I trust him completely. You should pay him more.

Marquez is one of the best doctors I have ever had. He listens. He shows caring. He allows me to toss out ideas and is willing to roll with things I feel comfortable about vs trying to drive me into a specific option.

Before the procedure started, Dr. Marquez saw that I was with Dr. Smith before and was wondering if I had somehow been involved in a mixup. I tried to explain to him the difficulty I had with trying to call into the urology department to get set up with Dr. Smith and that when I finally did that person assigned me to Dr. Marquez. He smiled and let me know that in the future I could just bypass the phone and just directly get everything through the MyChart app. I really liked working with him as much as I have worked with Dr. Smith!

Our conversation focused on my setting up an appointment to address a very specific urological issue. This was successful; but the appointment is well into the future, so no actual results at hand.

Dr Marquez is superb and was very professional and sensitive and caring. My medical records from my primary care physican were not available to him in EPIC but they may be because my primary care physician Dr Peter Grote is not a part of Optum.

He's the only Greenlight PVP prostatectomy Center of Excellence in the region and the first WA provider to use the Artemis robotic-assisted MRI fusion biopsy of the prostate with 1k+ biopsies done. Dr. Marquez is one of a few to perform transperineal biopsies using the Precisi An expert in Cryotherapy, he has a strong network of consultants for other prostate cancer treatments.
