I was disorganized in my thoughts with the doctor due to being so annoyed about the whole check-in process, so the visit took longer because I kept remembering the things I wanted to discuss with them.

Dr. Davis was very thorough, listening to me, and to my wife to explain why I needed an urgent appointment, and what my medical background is.

I will not be seeing Dr. Davis again and would recommend other patients to seek other clinicians. He was not trauma-informed and needs training in order to be. When talking about my past suicide he attempt he asked if his was a one-time event or if this was indicative of the trajectory of my life? When talking about medication for my ADHD diagnosis he told me that I was very young to be on medication for the rest of my life and suggested that instead I make habit and lifestyle changes in order to treat my ADHD. When I asked if he had any experience treating ADHD he said no. He then told me it was his job to challenge me.
