The computers were down and I could not schedule followups (much delayed too, like first assessment) nor did I get the needed print out of necessary exercises to do for the next weeks before followup. I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED THE PROMISED EMAIL OR CHART INFO ON THE EXERCISE PLAN PROMISED ME ONCE COMP'S WORKED!!!

Jonette is simply amazing. I worked with 2 family doctors & 3 podiatrists and after 5 months the podiatrists said we've tried everything and there's not much we can do for you because it's just an age-related issue. I asked Jonette If she has any solution for my ongoing issue with the swollen foot for 5 months. She came up with a solution on the fly and gave me an exercise. Within 24 hours my swelling started to disappear & I'm thrilled. She is unbelievable talented & thinks outside the box. You are lucky to have her on your staff.

Jonette Ford was the first person who could explain what is happening in my body to cause my repeating back injury. She was able to do this even though I had already recovered and give me some easy exercises. Great Therapist!
