To be fair, doctor didn't have all the records, even though I did my best to have them faxed. Why don't we have a single information system? Also, problem is confusing, so more tests need to be performed

Very poor bedside manner. He seemed frustrated with questions stating you are trying to trick me. He seemed insecure and unable toAnswer direct questions clearly.

Dr. Feller is great! He knows his stuff and Is amenable to patient Input/discussion. My only issue is lack of big picture with prescriptions. Most recently he provided another limited quantity Rx for an ongoing medication. Generally Medicare will pay for 90 days of generics at once. Being house bound and since my husband has to pick up medications for me, this is always the preferred option. I dare say you might suggest he consider this ongoing with all patients. *Note: Dr. Feller had also previously cancelled ALL my medications -in error- while I was in hospital. I had to address this while in BP crisis, and I am still having to hassle with Walgreens (on details of those Rx). And since that time, there was no mention of it.ADDITIONALLY I have repeatedly seen notes in OPTUM MyChart showing voicemail messages were left form me or a call was made, when in fact, no message was actually left or contact made. I am sure you are all very busy, but this is actually a potential HIPPA violation as rust and accuracy are required in patient communications. At the very least you could have the system notify your patients when messages are created in the files, as it did in the past. And FYI - this has only been an issue with OPTUM and no other providers. Frankly this specifically, has been demoralizing, comes across and uncaring and has felt quite disrespectful.

Dr. Feller was extremely personable and informative. He took his time listening to my backstory to understand my concerns, and was patient with explaining everything to me. This was my first experience with a cardiologist and I had some anxieties around what to expect, especially because a doctor is only assigned a few days before my appointment. He was exceptional and I understand why he has such strong reviews. I would highly recommend him to other folks.
