This is my 2nd visit with Dr. McLaughlin and she was up to speed and helped me quickly.

I noticed that some of the post visit notes were not consistent with what was discussed. I'm wondering if it was an issue with the dictation system. For example, the notes say that I deferred hand therapy however, I said I do want to do hand therapy and the hand therapy people have even called me about it. The notes say that I said I have a problem using my seatbelt, but I never said that. Just wanted someone to be aware that that happened and maybe the dictation system isn't working as it should.
