Dr Cheng notes on my visits rarely match what we talk about in office- the way she notes make it sound like im doing well. Im not sure how having 15- 20 BMs a day is doing well. My quality of life if low due to my constant BMs. I have shared with her for years that adding fiber or using diarrhea meds only makes matter worse - she never remembers this
-
I was informed that I would get a Mychart message about feedback and topics discussed. I have not received that expected feedback.

I started meeting yearly with Dr Cheng, once my previous gastroenterologist retired. She has been a joy in taking care of me and I feel like I'm in great hands. She asks lots of questions to reaffirm how my ulcerated colitis is going and affecting my life. Dr Cheng is great!
