I saw Jessica the day after putting down my mare, she offered compassion, concern, and condolences. She sat while I rambled, all while still taking exceptional care of me. She's one of a kind! Twice I had to use Optum Physician's other than my Optum PCP (or other Physicians in my PCP's practice) due to the fact that I could not get a timely appointment. Though ok, (Walk in Clinic and another Practice other than my physician's) they did not know me or have any idea of my history. If you can't get In and develop a relationship for ongoing care, then what is the use of a PCP.
