I have been seeing Jessica, ARNP for years. She is the one and only reason I continue. I have had several issues with billing. And issues that felt I was misinforned and than billed. And clinic billing wont even consider changing. This was not with Jessica visits. With walk in clinic. No respect for your billing practice. But love Jessics so as long as she at Optum and my insurance In network I be here patient. I can refer others to Jessica but always give warning about billing. I work In healthcare so know how things work. Jessica Is the BEST.
