I had such a good experience. If you read anything read this; Duh jenny was great Kate was great. Kate great that's such a good rhyme. Well I guess the only thing I could say was they need to be paid better. By they I mean the reception desk and the medical assistants and the nurses that helped me. They do too much and I KNOW that wage doesn't match. You can sit there and say blah blah blah we pay at a market rate but a simple Glassdoor research check shows the exact opposite. You bank of keep employees on seniority but don't even pay them correctly. If you want good workers give them better pay for what they do. They entered my prior authorization and got it completed within the day. The gumption and tenacity shown by this team is remarkable. Truly great. You are going to loose great people if you don't stop being greedy.

She did not ask about any issues I have been dealing with since last [omitted]. All she looked at was my blood test results and told me I needed to take vitamin D and calcium because I am [omitted]. Oh, and drink more water.
