He was great!
-
He had my records since my last ophthalmologist and Dr. Kennedy were partners.
-
Dr Kennedy is so great in every area- he is a ten on a scale of 5! I recommend him to everyone. He explains things clearly and is kind and efficient.
-
My clinician was, as always, thorough, and explained things in a knowledgeable manner, giving me time to ask questions.
-
Showed questions, included care, Clinician discussion treatment, info and care.
-
Not a provider I would see again
-
When the doctor finally came into the room, he thought I was a new patient. Even though I have been seeing him for at least 2 years, he didn't recognize me.
-
I was referred, so the clinician had my info and discussed and confirmed it with me.
-
Knowledgeable and comfortable with answers!
-
The visit was not about treatment options, it was a follow up to prior YAG laser
-
A good experience.
-
My previous eye care provider retired. I requested that his office forward my records to Dr. Kennedy. They did not, so I hand carried a hard copy of my records, which Dr. Kennedy took time to read during the appointment.
-
I liked Polyclinic before Optum. The transition has been confusing and costs were increased under Optum. I have had experiences with Optum before. Every interaction with Optum has been administratively creepy, so if the clinician went to another clinic, I would recommend them.
-
Very thorough and efficient clinician. Supportive of my concerns.
-
Dr Kennedy saved my eyes. :)
-
Dr. Kennedy is able to put me at ease and responds with warmth.
-
Dr. Kennedy is always very professional and good at explaining issues and treatments
-
It would have been nice to have used the imaging I had done 5 days prior instead of repeating and charging me for the same tests
-
I have recommended Dr Kennedy to all my family members. He's kind and an excellent communicator. He just puts me at ease in dealing with my eyes.
-
MD spoke fast, seemed rushed; difficult to remember all he said, forgot questions I wanted to ask because it felt so rushed.
