The clinician had never seen me as a patient, but she perused my chart and listened (maintained eye contact with me when not taking notes on the area I had concerns about) and asked for Claritin's when needed.

Dr. George and her nurse would be considered an asset to any medical practice. I also appreciate the doctor being kind to my family who asked questions during this visit.

This was the first time I was meeting with this physician and I was disappointed by how little it seemed she wanted to get to know me, for this being establishing a new primary care provider. Dr. Linscott always took time to know about various areas of my life and I never felt rushed. Especially for some of the long term conditions I deal with, I would've liked more attention. I know it's not completely her fault that she has to be rushed through, as Optum is making her limit time with patients. But I felt more cared for with my previous doctor

Very impressed with Dr. George. She read through all my medical records before seeing me, something I have not seen in other medical practices.

Dr George was a very nice person however it was clear that she was newly out of medical school. She lacked knowledge around certain medications and seemed hesitant about next steps. She scheduled me a diagnostic mammogram at the clinics radiology department the next day however, upon my arrival, I learned that the clinic does not do diagnostic mammograms. I live 45 minutes away from the clinic. It was a complete waste of my time and has left me feeling That I saw an inexperienced doctor regarding a very serious concern. I plan to follow up with a different doctor to figure out the best course of action forward. Previously, I had been seeing Dr. Linscott for 10 years, however, she has since left the clinic. It's clear that the level of doctors/care is not the same as it once was. Optum should have worked harder to retain a doctor like Nancy Linscott as she was top-notch
