The provider was running behind and the visit felt rushed. The visit notes do not accurately reflect what occured during the visit. For example, the notes claimed that my scalp was checked for skin cancer, yet It was not.

The doctor never said hello or introduced herself and immediately just stated what condition I have and launched into telling me what I'm going to do. There was no discussion. I tried asking questions and was told to wait because she had a process. At the end I still had questions and the doctor was walking out the door before I could ask them. There was no listening, no dialogue. This was a one sided appointment.

Dr Iyer is a great Doctor. Always provides information as detailed as I need. She wrote my dermatologist surgeon and confirmed that I should contact him about a bump from a surgery performed in Feb 2026

If I could give more than a 5 for Dr. Iyer I would. Its so wonderful to find a Dr that still cares and has so much energy and empathy for your feelings.

Having a relationship with the doctor, we talked past treatments and my recurring dermatology issue, she listened to me and I listened to her. I do anticipate relief in trying this Opzelura, if it doesn't work she noted we have some options to try others.

I really liked the clinician. But the procedure and appointment was clearly rushed and resulted in me passing out and getting a concussion.

Dr. Iyer visit was something words cannot express. Her knowledge, kindness and concern was way beyond anything I have experienced. She even called me on her way home in the evening to address a situation I had forgot to mention to her.Who does that in this day and age. Thank you for you sincere caring!!!
