I had recently been in an accident, I did not feel that was front of mind or the clinician had reviewed that information. I realize it has been difficult as my primary doctor has been ill and I have had appointments cancelled but this visit was unacceptable to me. I found the clinician curt and the visit, which was my yearly physical, was extremely short. My main concern was unable to be addressed and she said I should make an appointment with my doctor, when I pointed out I had had two of those cancelled and asked if she knew if I made that appointment it would be able to happen she replied if I knew that I would not be working here. I feel I wasted my yearly physical I get with my insurance. I was no edge and struggling due to a recent accident and in the end I shut down at this appointment.

J Vera is one of the best docs I've ever gone to. She has all the basics: professional, helpful, thorough yet efficient, Courteous, caring and friendly. She's not just a great listener--she absorbs all the info I provide and comes up with both possibilities and creative options. She's incredibly knowledgeable in a wide variety of modalities including the alternative treatments I prefer. She conveys both that she cares and that she trusts my information and judgment. I trust her.
