Very well prepared before we met. She has clearly reviewed my records in advance. She immediately corrected an issue with a medication I should not have still been on. She listened carefully and showed great enthusiasm to help guide me with my efforts to maintain and improve my physical health, inspite of my age!

Clinician didn't ask very many clarifying questions to better understand my concern. Like, how are my concerns negatively effecting my personal life, career, et cetera. The interaction felt very impersonal over telemedicine.

When trying to explain my situation, I felt that my provider kept cutting me off when I was trying to speak and also seemed very rushed throughout the entire appointment.

Seemed distracted. I asked for specialist for back concerns none were given. I was as answered all questions. I suppose we all have our days that are difficult to focus. I was terribly disappointed. This was our first visit so I shall try to find a new Dr. My doctor moved away so this Sr was on a short list she gave me.

I didn't answer the last one because I hadn't been to doctor in around 30 years, so I have no clue what information she had before my arrival. It seems like nothing, but I don't want to make assumptions, so I just didn't answer.

Dr. Berglass is an excellent physician who listens to me and responds to my concerns. Her after visit summary is thorough and very helpful in that she includes notes about exercise and nutrition. My guess is that she does not have enough time in an annual exam appointment to talk at length about these important areas of her patients' health which is unfortunate but not her fault. As a consequence she has elected to address these topics in her very detailed after summary visit which I so appreciate. She also asked me personal and health related questions which indicated to me that she is paying attention and she cares.

I love caring for people of all ages, from newborns and pediatrics to adults and geriatrics. My clinical interests include women's health: IUD and Nexplanon placement and removal, contraceptive counseling, family planning, pap smears, common GYN concerns and menopause. I offer gender-affirming care, integrative medicine, osteopathic manipulative treatment.
