I've been seeing Dr Berglass for quite some time. She has given me the best care of any of my primary care doctors. I have a lot of very complicated issues happening, and she's always great at putting me at ease

I did not feel that she listened to my concerns or fully understood my circumstances. She also recommended I enroll in a breath work course that she facilitates. While she is not making money from that recommendation, I still felt as though it was unethical, and it made me uncomfortable.

She did a very thorough exam and ordered All the appropriate labs. Great bedside manner- very friendly

This was an annual exam. Clinician was going to check my ears, specifically because I expressed a concern, and forgot. Unfortunately, I also forgot until after I left the office. Clinician also was not as knowledgeable about recent surgery as I would have expected, especially because it impacted whether I needed certain tests.

Mostly just establishing care so time and purpose was limited.

She was exactly what I was looking for, a physician who from the moment we met appeared genuinely interested in assisting me in aging in a healthy manner.

Very well prepared before we met. She has clearly reviewed my records in advance. She immediately corrected an issue with a medication I should not have still been on. She listened carefully and showed great enthusiasm to help guide me with my efforts to maintain and improve my physical health, inspite of my age!

Clinician didn't ask very many clarifying questions to better understand my concern. Like, how are my concerns negatively effecting my personal life, career, et cetera. The interaction felt very impersonal over telemedicine.

When trying to explain my situation, I felt that my provider kept cutting me off when I was trying to speak and also seemed very rushed throughout the entire appointment.

Seemed distracted. I asked for specialist for back concerns none were given. I was as answered all questions. I suppose we all have our days that are difficult to focus. I was terribly disappointed. This was our first visit so I shall try to find a new Dr. My doctor moved away so this Sr was on a short list she gave me.

I didn't answer the last one because I hadn't been to doctor in around 30 years, so I have no clue what information she had before my arrival. It seems like nothing, but I don't want to make assumptions, so I just didn't answer.

My clinical interests include women's health: IUD and Nexplanon placement and removal, contraceptive counseling, family planning, pap smears, common GYN concerns and menopause.
