Dietician was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. She engaged the patient in all aspects.

I feel like my clinician did not take advantage that I told her that I wanted some specific things about gut biome about balancing electrolytes so that my edema would go down. The answers were that I was supposed to have B12 for my brain and potassium and zinc for my legs, but all she told me was well. If you eat a healthy diet of greens, you're going to be okay and I specifically asked for her to at least look up some YouTube videos so that I could get more additional information. It sounds good but I have to dig for it myself. I feel that she was disconnected from some of the deeper ways that vitamins through healthy resources can help reset imbalances in the body

The nutritionist is excellent!!
-
Honestly, she was amazing & extremely helpful!
-
She had access to some current data but did not appear to have reviewed the longstanding nature of my condition, including its hereditary pattern. My father died at age [omitted] due to complications following bilateral lower-limb amputation from diabetes. I am now [omitted]-living well beyond that outcome as a direct result of disciplined diet, consistent treatment adherence, and full medication compliance. In addition, I am a retired psychiatric nurse with 25 years of clinical experience, which significantly informs my understanding of health management and reinforces my commitment to proactive wellness. The introduction of Ozempic during this consult was intended to serve as a forward-looking therapeutic strategy and a motivational tool-not as a replacement for informed recognition of my long-term clinical history and resilience.
-
Although she was unable to download my glucose meter, she was able to get the reports on my phone app.
-
Imashi did a very good job communicating
-
You could tell she did her homework and read my files. Knew my individual problems and explained what road to take next for my care
-
We didn't have time enough during the appointment to cover the subject. Though she said I could contact her on MyChart if I had questions.
-
