Dr. Andrews listed to everything I had problems with and took the time to explain his rationale for how to treat/refer. He was personable and professional. I would definitely recommend him to others.

This was my first visit with Dr. Grant and I appreciated his care. He took his time and answered all my questions. My only issue was I had declined using the AI recording and it was still used and my summary states I gave verbal consent which I did not. This will be the only reason I would consider using another medical site is if recording continue without my consent

This was a first time appointment to establish care. Unfortunately, I had sustained an injury to my back and was most looking forward to help with the injury. He discussed it with me and did prescribe therapy. However, he ordered no x-rays even though I have a history of stress fractures and made it clear he wouldn't prescribe pain meds, even though I have practically no history of being prescribed them. The next day I returned to the Marysville Walk In where I was seen for the back issues, x-rayed, showing a new fracture and prescribed some pain relievers. To me this was somewhat negligent on Dr. Andrews part, forcing me into two separate appointments. I know he is new to Optum and I hope he will develop more empathy and better practice habits.
