I really like Dr Blakeney and appreciate her care and concern, listening skills etc. But since she has started with Optum it seems as though she has to rush through appointments and I put that on Optum. I think if it were up to her, she would spend more time with her patients.

This is now my second time, unfortunately, netting this provider. She is very unhelpful. Made me feel violated. Like she just wanted to see the pain I was in. I was undressed from the Waist down, she said she could do nothing to alleviate my painful cysts, despite previous providers being able to assist with my cysts. Said she could do nothing to help my hemorrhoid, despite other providers in the paste being able to help remove them. I find her very terrible as a woman and a human and a doctor. She was condescending and rude and uncaring.

She is truly wonderful - makes you feel like the time with her has her full attention and care, that she gives consideration to many parts of the care/treatment plan, and that I can have confidence in the next steps of getting back to functioning.
