I am so grateful that my husband referred me to Dr. Kan. She is so knowledgeable and caring. I always learn something more about my eye health when I have an appointment with her.

Dr. Kan is very thorough during the exam. Asks appropriate questions and invites conversation regarding any issues. Reads my chart before the exam so is aware of any ongoing issues. She's very professional and great to work with.

This was just a typical eye exam, but Dr. Kan was excellent, thorough, patient, and very friendly!

It really felt like a sales pitch to push more visits, it started with the MA and then the Dr. Getting fitted for new contacts because mine are discontinued! I had to sign an agreement about how much to get fitted for new contacts! Pretty weird snd felt like it's about visits$ and not care

Dr. Kan was excellent. Diagnosed my condition skillfully. Prescribed and explained a remedy. Respectfully attentive to my concerns.

It was a bit hard to get a word in, didn't stop and ask if I had questions just kept talking. Not a bad experience just would have been nice to a bit less clinical and open up conversation for questions.

I say 3 on this last one simply because she didn't seem to be aware of my records that had come in from my retina specialist, which her assistant had read from while I was there.
