Dr Hawley was very personable. He apologized for being late but I didn't even feel he was late. He asked me what my Goals for the visit and my problem was. No one has ever asked me that before. He did a thorough exam and told me what I should do including PT. And he told me he would write it all out on mychart which he did. I have a written plan and to let him know in 6-8 weeks how things are. And if no or minimal progress, the next step would be an MRI
