Everything was great

I was told about a medication being prescribed to me but was not asked about it first. I had a reaction when taking it previously. Upon being informed I declined and made known my adverse reaction to it.

Dr. Patel is compassionate and kind. She had direct eye contact with me and my daughter during the visit. We are happy that we chose her for my care.

She did not explain all the details of the ekg ordered. Now I know it may take up to 3-5 days to get results. There was not good communication about this. Or the holster monitor at the time , or follow in my chart .. That disappointed me

There were several concerns that needed to be addressed. One of which was paperwork from Hopelink. In fact, I would say that was the only thing that was successfully handled during the visit. My post hospitalization concerns were speculared upon and she told me she was gonna go fill out the paperwork and never came back!!!I HADN'T EVEN BEGUN TO ADDRESS THE POST HOSPITALIZATION ISSUES WHICH WERE NOT ADDRESSED!!! I AM STILL IN NEED OF CARE IN RE TO THESE ISSIE WHICH IS A HUGE CONCERN TO ME!

Dr. Patel listens well, was prepared to discuss my card needs and hold me accountable to doing better. She empathized with my frustration and provided me with information to follow through to make appointments with specialists needed for one of my medical issues. I liked that she thanked me for filling out the mental health questionnaires.

I feel the physicians are restrained in doing their job..No physical assessments seemed to be done anymore. No one hardly ever listens to your lungs or heart or look at your eyes with their scopes or looks in your ears anymore. Assessments are important.

She was the worst doctor I've ever seen. She never knows why I'm there. It's like she's never looked at my chart.
