I'm unsure of what I would need to do to potentially have septoplasty covered by my insurance if the medations I was given at the appointment not working or allergy testing and immunotherapy or anything would mean I could get fixing the structural issue fixed and covered.
-

I absolutely loved Dr. Farid and have already recommended her to friends. As a woman, I feel like she actually listen to me. I wish I could have seen her first, but the wait was too long for my urgent needs. I am so happy now that I am her patient.

Again poor personal interaction clinician facing laptop the majority of time
-
Dr Farid was amazing. Listened to my issue and addressed it promptly and professionally.
-
Computer in the room did not work even though physician and MA worked on it. Finally had to go with paper to make notes - this took more time. Quickly explained medical treatments but I was confused about why I had hypertrophic nasal turbinates, why my nasal valve collapsed. My treatment sounded like treatment for allergies although I said I had allergies sporadically; so do I use suggested treatments just when I have allergies or all the time?
-
Dr. Farid answered my questions, listened to my concerned, explained surgery and the possible complications as well as after care resulting in a clear picture for me and the decision I needed to make.
-
