She was proficient in every way. As though she was mentally checking every box on this survey. However, proficiency is not a substitute for comprehending the efficacy of a case based on its unique diagnosis traits. Sensitivity to this comes with years/decades of case work. A gentle approach to the humanity of a patient is sometimes warranted even though the patient is a talll, large framed male.

Thoroughly integrated today's treatment (staple and stitch removal) with previous treatment at Optum and Providence Everett ER.

I'm going to stop medication iron eat more food with iron and get a iron fish to put in cooking my food as Elisa suggested

I could see in My Chart the evening of the visit that I had a UTI and antibiotics were warranted. It took a day and a half and no less than 7 phone calls by me to the clinic and the pharmacy to get the order from the clinic to the pharmacy. Not pleased.

I can't think of a single thing she could have done better! She was wonderful, I hope I can see her again in future, if needed.
